For peace of mind when purchasing a property we STRONGLY RECOMMEND both building and timber pest inspection reports are obtained.

At R1 Building and Pest Inspections you are more than welcome to walk through the process of the inspection. It is an ideal time to ask any questions or concerns and will help you be more informed on the condition of the property.

During the inspection we will inspect all accessible parts of the property, including:

• Interior of the building
• Roof space
• The exterior of the building

• The property within 30m of the building subject to inspection

The purpose of a pre-purchase inspection is to identify the following:
